Passive Infrared Wireless Motion Detector DCMT-4000

The DCMT-4000 Passive Infrared Wireless Motion Detector / Transmitter, is used with the Dakota Alert RE-4k Plus receiver and has a 3/4 mile* wireless range. The DCMT-4000 transmitter is powered by a 9VDC battery and uses a passive infrared (PIR) detector to detect people, vehicles or large animals at the monitored location. When the transmitter detects an object (person or vehicle) within 50 feet, it will send a signal to the receiver up to 3/4* mile away, which will sound one of sixteen different tones (Classical, Westminster Chime, Ding Dong, or Whistle, etc.) for a few seconds. The transmitter can be used as a driveway alarm, or in the back yard to monitor around tool sheds or patios.
